The couch to 5k programme is an 8 week programme that is looking to encourage and motivate people to take them from the ‘Couch’ to a 5k in 8 weeks.

By signing up to the couch to 5k programme you are also entered into the Rebel Run 5k on October 21st.

The programme will cater for people that are new or beginners to jogging or running and is also open to those that are currently walking but perhaps would like to build up to jogging/running.

If you are looking to get fit and healthy in a fun and supported way then this is for you!
