To get everyone ready for the Great Dublin Bike Ride we are hosting a FREE training workshop in St Anne’s Park, Dublin on August 27 (9.30am – 1pm)
The Great Dublin Bike Ride is a bike ride for all abilities and to get everyone ready we are hosting a FREE training workshop in St Anne’s Park, Raheny, Dublin on August 27 (9.30am – 1pm).
The training workshop will start with a talk on preparing for Great Dublin Bike Ride by Aidan Hammond of Bike Fitting Ireland. This will be followed by a road spin, which will be broken down into levels of abilities.
The training day is FREE and will be hosted in conjunction with Dublin City Sport & Wellbeing Partnership. The workshop is limited to first 50 people who register, simply scroll down to register.
Whether you are a novice or regular cyclist, this workshop will enhance your cycling skills and knowledge and allow you to become more confident on the bike.
