A fundraising tasting menu event for a member of the Munster Hospitality Community - Anna Carriga estate Killaloe.

Event Description:

A friend, colleague and well known member of the Munster hospitality community is currently undergoing some serious health issues that has made him unable to work for the foreseeable future. A father of a young family and a man who has, on many occasions gone to the aid of his community is now in need of assistance. With all the worry and pressure he will have to overcome in his forthcoming fight we as a community can help, by letting him know we are here for him.

it is a chance for what is regarded by many as a relatively introverted industry to show support for one of their own.  It is special as some of the best chefs (who by nature are competitive) coming together to put on a night for a colleague and friend. Very unlikely all these chefs will be cooking in the same kitchen on the same night ever again.

The Menu

The tasting menu on the night shall include amazing locally sourced dishes including

Pickled quail egg with celery salt, pork scratching Jerusalem artichoke soup, 

 Seared scallops, , pork belly, Irish Beef  & Blood orange sorbet to name a few………

Dinner for Damo 6.45, March 7th 2018. At AnnaCarriga estate Killaloe.
Price includes a tasting menu, glass of bubbles on arrival, wine with your meal, live entertainment, a DJ and late bar. Promises to be an amazing night for a great cause!  The aim of this project is to run entirely on donations! Thank you to everyone in advance for their help
